This plant is a real stunner. A tall central stem with gorgeous oval shaped, variegated leaves in shades of cream, yellow and green. They are found naturally growing in the jungles of Brazil, in the wild they would have only a bare stalk with a tuft of foliage at the top! They are one of the more low maintenance houseplants making them great for new plant parents.

This plant is grown in a peat-free medium, so you may find that the top soil tends to dry out a little faster – but don’t worry, just use your finger and test to see if the top 2-3 inches of soil are still moist, to avoid overwatering. You’ll also want to treat your plant to fertiliser during growing season, as you won’t find the same nutrients in this mix as you’d find in traditional soil.
